Questions and answers
What device is required?
Because LétoPOS does not require installation, it is available on your favorite browser (Chrome, Safari, Mozilla, Opera, Edge) and on any device (computer, phone, tablet).
What printers are supported by LétoPOS?
LétoPOS is compatible with most Bluetooth printers. We recommend reliable and affordable printer models Xprinter T58-K or Cashino PTP-II BT. For the easiest connection of LétoPOS to a printer, you can also use a mobile app, which makes the process easier and it is free. The receipts can also be printed on any office printer without the need for special settings.
What if the customer wants to pay by a card?
When your client pays with a debit or a credit card, these payments don't need to be registered with an ESR cash register. In this case, you can use any preferred payment terminal and use it independently from LétoPOS.
When and how to obtain an ESR certification?
The certificate for ESR is possible to obtain from Financial Administration portal. We recommend you do this beforehand. This procedure is free of charge; however, it requires lot of time and effort. We created a step-by-step guide on how to obtain the certificate and if you need our assistance send your request to the email address Info@letopos.cz or contact us via phone on number 227 272 208.
And what about the data security?
We store and regularly back-up all customer's data, but you are the only one who can access your account using your chosen combination of email and password.
How should I proceed when my internet connection is unstable?
We constantly work on improving our software for it to be able to work even without internet connection. Until then, keep on mind that you have up to 48 hours to send the receipts to the Financial Authority.
Is LetoPOS in accordance with Czech legislation?
The receipts issued by LétoPOS comply with The Sales Registration Act, The Self-Employed Act, The Consumer Protection Act and The Value Added Tax Act. Therefore, you don't need to fear control from the Financial Authority nor Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
